CUTzOUT Installation Templates
1. What are the sizes of the holes the Single and Double gang templates cut?
The Single Gang template cuts holes that are 2 1/2" wide by 3 7/8" tall.
The Double Gang template cuts holes that are 4 1/4" wide by 3 7/8" tall.
2. What In-Ceilings Speakers can I install with the CIRCLEz Installation Templates?
What In-Ceiling Speakers you can install with the CIRCLEz Templates depends upon the size of the recommended cutout hole and upon the size of the speakers cover. Because the size of the recommended cutout hole for the same type of speaker varies from maker to maker, it is important that you know the size of the recommended cutout hole for the specific speakers you will be installing. In general, so long as the cutout holes you make are slightly smaller in size than the covers overall diameter, the speaker will install correctly and its tabs will catch on the material.
When the templates are used with the Adapta-BASE and the guide bushing it comes with you can use the templates to make the following diameters of cutout holes:
3-IN-1 CIRCLEz: Inner Pattern: 4 ½"
2nd Inner Pattern: 6 ½"
Outside Pattern: 9 ½"
2-IN-1 CIRCLEz: Inner Pattern: 5 ½"
Outer Pattern: 8"
By changing the guide bushing to one with a smaller diameter of collar, you can use both the inside and outside edges of the inner patterns of both templates to cut holes with slightly smaller and larger diameters than those given above. For example, by using a guide bushing with a ¼" diameter collar you can make these diameters of holes:

1. How do I order?
Ordering is easy. Just click on the link for the tools you want to order and add them to your cart. When ready, proceed through the checkout. Upon completion, you will receive an invoice via email and another email when your order ships.
2. What forms of payment can I use?
You can pay for your online order using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards. Your order will appear on your bill as Praxis Products LLC.
3. Is my ordering information secure?
YES! We are as concerned as you are about keeping your information secure. We have gone to great lengths to be certain that your information remains safe. All information collected on our eStore utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. You are welcome to check the SSL Certificate that is on the site. Additionally, the payment processing service and payment gateway used to transact your order is of the highest standard. All credit card orders are processed using the services of Chase-Paymentech.
4. Shipping
You can select to have your order shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post.
Select your delivery preference during the checkout procedure. Free shipping for the
introductory offer is only available to the 50 United States.
5. What about taxes?
We collect applicable State of Colorado sales taxes for orders shipped to Colorado addresses.
6. Can I order from outside the United States?
Not yet. We are working on setting this up and should have it available soon.
7. What is your guarantee and how do you handle returns and refunds?
We offer a 30 day rmoney-back guarantee for all orders starting from the date of delivery. To return your order, simply package the contents of your order in a suitable shipping container and send to us. Upon reception we will process your return and refund your payment in the same form of payment originally used. We will send you an e-mail notification of your refund. We will refund an amount for the original purchase price, the original shipping charges if there were any, and applicable taxes for the returned order. If you are returning only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be refunded only for the per-item shipping charges for the returned item and not the per-shipment charge. You are responsible for all shipping fees to send your return to us.
8. What warranties come with the tools?
1. The 1-Year Free Replacement Warranty
With exception to the gripping pads, if any of the tools you ordered gets damaged or broken within 365 days from the date of delivery, we will replace the entire tool for no charge. In the event a templates gripping pads should happen to get damaged, we will provide replacements to you at no charge for the same 365 day period. To claim, the damaged or broken tool should be returned to us. For replacement gripping pads contact us via email and we will send them to you. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return tools to us for replacement.
2. The Lifetime Limited Warranty
Praxis Products LLC warrants its products to the original purchaser for its useful life against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY does not cover products that are improperly used, abused, altered or repaired. Deficient products will be replaced or repaired. If you believe that your tool meets the criteria for warranty replacement, please send the tool(s) along with a copy of the original proof of purchase, freight prepaid, to: Praxis Products LLC, 707 East Geneseo Street, Lafayette, CO 80026. If found to be defective, a replacement will be sent to you. THIS LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY IS
GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITYAND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. We neither assume nor authorize any agent or other person to assume for us any further liability in connection with the sale of our tools. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.
All warranties are only available to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
